HELP sql2005 e vista

in windows vista I have installed sql 2005 and sp2.
I have an application asp in production on one machine xp with sql
2005.
in vista, they give the following error:
Microsoft OLE DB Specific Provider for SQL Serveur error ' 80040e4d'
of not valid authorization.

where obviously in line 31 ago the connect.... that cabbage is? I am
blinking the head from some days
