Hi there,
can anyone tell me why that every time I use SQL Server
Management Studio I get presented with a login dialog with the password
blanked out. Every time I login, I click the Save Password checkbox to no
avail.
What SP do you have? There were some problems with saving passwords in
RTM. You may need to upgrade your client tool install, which isn't
necessarily the same as your server version. Check the version number
under Help/About in Management Studio.

Whenever possible please post enough code to reproduce your problem.
Including CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements usually helps.
State what version of SQL Server you are using and specify the content
of any error messages.
