Hi,
I have a question regarding logins and users.
Is it possible for 2 users to use the same login to gain access to a
particular database.
Ex: User A and User B use the same login to connect to the server and
then individually access certain tables (maybe different tables) in
the 'Northwind' database.
When I try to add a second user and map it to the same login , I get
an error message - ' The login already has an account under a
different user name.'
Is doing something like this possible OR is there a 1:1 mapping
between a login and a user (for a given database) ?
Thanks
Ady
