Active Directory Security Group versus Login

I am not sure if this is the right group to post my question but I hope
someone can give my advise.
For ease of management, I created a security group account in Active
Directory and assigned authorized domain users in it. I then granted this AD
group to have CONTROL of the SQL certificate and able to open symmetric key
encrypted under this certificate.
I hope to use this AD group to open the symmetric key from SQL 2005
Reporting Service. I granted SQL Reporting to this AD group so that these
users can run the SQL Reporting Service reports. However, I was unable to
find a way to pass this AD group to SQL store procedure so that SQL can use
this AD group to open the symmetric key to display decrypted data.
Is this possible? If so, it will reduce creating individual login, user and
table permission in SQL. This would be a big help to reduce DBA users
management.
