I granted permission to exec xp_cmdshell to user, to sqlproxy and to
sqlservice (just in case :).

Under user account xp_cmdshell ran fine.

However, the job still fails.

Try "xp_cmdshell" and make sure that user have permission for stored
procedure for "xp_cmdshell"
