SQL Server 2005 SSL

Hello. Sorry if I'm off a bit on this question as I'm not too experienced
with SQL 2005 but I am wondering if it's possible to use SQL 2005's new
certificate section to enable SSL communications which would include an
https from another IIS machine and any other client connecting to it over
the network. Previously I had to set up a Certificate Server and issue one
on our old SQL 2000 machines which then I could enable SSL on the web server
and client network connections so I was wondering if the built in SQL 2005
certificate section is able to do all of this and not have to set up another
Certificate Server and issue certificates from this.
Any info would be appreciated.
