SQL2K Linked Svr Login Impersonation

Hi,
Does anyone know how to get SQL 2000 linked servers to impersonate Active
Directory logins?
Our developers need to write stored procedures that call remote stored
procedures. In production, the procs will run under SQL Server logins, so
it is easy to set up that impersionation. But the developers can't create
the procedures becuase the local server can't use the developer's AD login
to get to the remote server. I don't want to have to set up a bunch of SQL
logins to map developers's local logins to on the remote server. What a
friggin' pain!
