Are there users that belong to other groups that have more restrictive
rights on the SQL server?

I have added a windows security group as a login in for SQL 2005 db. For
some
users, they have no problem accessing the db. Others, for reasons that
escape
me, cannot. Any idea where I should look?
thanks
