Go to [Security] (not the database), [Logins], right click on the users
Login and change the password.

This is strange....I go to the security section and click on logins, and
there are only three names in the list, including sa. But under the "users"
tab on the database itself there are seven or eight.

As mentioned in my OP I'm a newbie to SQL logins and security settings, so
if I'm missing a basic relationship between logins and database users please
forgive me...;)
