I have no idea what you're asking here. Encryption is a feature of SQL
Server 2005 so it is supported exactly the same way as all other SQL Server
features. PSS will fully support it, encryption is included in Microsoft
official training curriculums, Microsoft Consulting Service and our
consulting partners will do encryption projects, etc. If you could explain
what you're looking for it would be easier to answer.

I'm not MS, but what level of encryption do you mean? The built in stuff
(Symmetric Key, Assymetric Key, Certificate)? Those use industry standard
encryption protocols, so my guess is that MS will support how to use them,
but not the algorithms themselves (or adding new ones or anything like
that). Just what I'd guess.
MS, please clarify.

Hi guys,
Anybody knows whether Microsoft supports customers during the encryption
implementation?
What level of support?
Does Microsoft support the customers directly or though its partners?
Thanks,
Ron
