Read-only Stored procedure Display in SQL 2005

In sql 2000 the development team could look at the contents of an SP in
enterprise manager when they had read only access to the database.

The same does not hold true to sql 2005 and the management studio. How do
I give the development team read only access to the SPs in sql 2005.

Thanks,
Ron
