Re: Deny Builtin Administrators

You're pretty well out of luck if you don't know the SA password and don't
have another administrator. The only thing I can think of is to install
again from scratch and then attach the databases - and write down the SA
password this time.

I have denied the Builtin Administrators group with SQL Server, now I don't
have access to recover. Everything seems to run okay, but I don't have
permission to do anything anymore. I don't know the password to the sa
account. This is on an Active Directory domain.

Now I can't start backup exec, b\c of dependencies.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
