I don't know what to tell you then. You can give MS PSS a call and if it is
a bug they will refund the cost of the call. But that doesn't mean there is
a fix for it or that there ever will be since 2005 is the preferred version
now. Why is this such an issue? Why are you killing a lot of spids? This
isn't something that should be done all the time and I would hope it is a
sysadmin that is making the decision to do it.

If we use command Kill in query Analyser no problem.
the option Kill appear only with roles system administrators
I put the user processadmin and the kill option still disable
I try It on four Server same problem.

How to Kill Process with only process admin right ?
