How to see jobs.

Hi, I have a server running win2003 sp1, sql2000 sp3. I have a user
programmer that need to see all jobs that are created. The owner of the
jobs is the services account, and I don´t want to change it.

Do you know if it is possible that can let him to see the jobs without
be the owner??

thanks a lot for your help.
