This points the finger at some form of authentication issue, but it is limited to 2003SB as I can enumerate the messages on all the 2000 boxes in the AD domain using my NT login.... Changing the logon to an AD account is not really the solution as I can programmatically enumerate the queues on 2003SA from 2003SB, and I can't give all the users, that use my application, AD domain logons. ...
