Hello,

I have tested the issue on my side and I didn't reproduce the issue.
Generally, this error can be caused by many factors and we need to perform
troubleshooting steps to narrow down the issue. However, since it works
fine now, we are unable to locate the root cause as we are unable to
reproduce the error again. Based on my knowledge, I think the cause may not
be multiple instances of the SQL Config manager Property page are opened.

If the issue occurs again, you can post here the exact error message so
that we can do some research on it. Thanks.
