deny a computer from connecting using sql authentication

Hi,

i'm using SQL server in my application, and connecting to it using SQL
authentication - providing user name and password.

i want (for validation purposes) to prevent a single computer from
connecting to SQL server even if providing the correct user/pwd.

is this possible?
