SQL 2000 Server in a DMZ - Best Practices

I am aware of general security best practices on securing SQL Server and how
to employ encryted communications to/from a SQL server, but am interested in
learing additional specific guidelines related to securing a SQL server that
would reside within a DMZ. Does anyone know of such a resource?
