Hello,

I receive above mentioned error 'cannot generate sspi context' after
changing the system date of my PC to a date in 2005 for testing
purpose. As long as I change the system date into a date of the year
2004 (or earlier), there is no problem at all making a connection to
the DB. The connection is made through an application role. The
application is written in VB 6 making use of ADO 2.5. The operating
system is windowsXP.

What could be the reason of this?

The connection to the database works fine since the start of the
application (i.e. since 2001 somewhere).
