Hi there, I hope someone can help

I am linking my sql server 2000 to another server and I can run a
select statement from tables that were made available to me on that
linked server. However, when I try to access views, I get the
following error message in Query Analyser:

"Server: Msg 7416, Level 16, State 2, Line 1
Access to the remote server is denied because no login-mapping
exists."

I have the same rights on these views as on the tables and yet I can't
manage to select from them.

I have set the login mapping: I have assigned a remote user and
password to my local windows account.

I am running out of ideas.

Any help welcome. Thanks in advance.

Loic
