There is not quick way to determine this with out looking at the files in
the folders.

However, you can look at the following registry keys to determine if any of
the components is in the respective directories:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSSQLSERVER\MSSQLSERVER\Parameters.

Check the parameter values and see which drive they point to. The locations
of the master database files and error log should be lister.

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSSQLSERVER

Note the entry for the ImagePath. This is where the SQL Server executable
is stored.
