Users booted from SQL Member Server

Hi,
I have SQL Server 2000, running on windows 2000 server. The server is new
and very fast, I use SBS for authentication and Exchange, I used to use it
for SQL too but it was getting too slow so I got a new box only for SQL.
Now each day users are getting booted off the SQL server, The aplication
hangs and they get an error that they cannot login. They have to logout from
the domain and back in to be able to access the SQL server again.
I have limited experience with SQL. Could anyone give me some pointer?
