I assume you are looking for group policy .adm files? In which case I don't
think there are specific SQL Server and SMS server templates. The templates
can be downloaded from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=92759D4B-7112-4B6C-AD4A-BBF3802A5C9B&displaylang=en
As as starting point I would look at running MSBA and acting on the report.
