(for the record, my first response was:
'mbsacli' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.)
Also, please note our proxy may be blocking my ability to download the mssecure.xml. I downloaded it directly today to be sure I had the latest for a reference file. I am not sure if this is from my personal settings or if it is a result of our proxy. This accounts for the error you see above.
