Weird table rights issue

I have a role which has access to two tables. Every morning when i
come, the role has lost access to those two tables. So i go to
enterprise manager again and go to the table and give permission to
the role again for select, insert and update. I have been doing this
daily for 5 days now and also trying to find out why this happens!! I
have never seen something like this happen before.
Can anyone please help!
