What Kevin outlined are the differences between 3 and 3a
1. 3a can be applied to trial versions
2. 3a includes MDAC 2.71a which fixed the memory leak issue
3. 3a disables listening on UDP 1434 when all libraries
except for shared memory are disabled.
SP 3 doesn't include those three fixes.
