Server 2003
or
Server 2003 Web Edition
SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 3a
Network is a workgroup, not a Domain
I've always stumbled through setting up users with a new SQL installation.
I want to use SQL Server Authentication
I have created a user named IIS but when I try to connect from ASP, or from
Delphi using ADO
the response is Login failed for user 'IIS'. Reason: Not associated with a
trusted SQL Server connection"
Could someone walk me through setting up a user and assigning the proper
security.
Thanks,
Mac
If the obvious weren't so obscure, I'd be less confused.
