I have created a NT DOmain account

Trying to execute

master.dbo.xp_sqlagent_proxy_account N'SET'
                        , N'DOMAIN-A'
                        , N'SQLProxyUser'
                        , N'SQLProxyUser'
Getting this
Error executing extended stored procedure: Specified user
can not login
 Any ideas
