RE: Unable to set the SQL Agent proxy account

OK. I created an account that is only a member of the
user group. Now I get a message from WSH stating "Can't
find script engine "VBscript". I've used runas to open a
command window as the proxy account. I can find and run
vbasic.dll (it does as ask if I really want to run it). If
I add the proxy account to the administrator group the
script runs fine. The only information I've been able to
find so far about the error message is to see the
administrator. I am the administrator. Is there any
documentation on what permissions are needed to run VB
scripts as a lowly user?
