Service Pack 3

Service Pack 3 will not run unless I create a "strong"
password. MSDN tells me to go to a Command Prompt (>c:\)
and enter osql -U sa and then enter the password. My
system ("XP Pro") tells me this is an invalid command.
After changing every permutation of the spacing, trying
the same thing with osq1, and trying to get this to work
from the RUN window, I still cannot get there.

All I want to do is change the password. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance.
