We are having problems when trying to browse a remote SQL Server from any PC in our LAN through our ISA Server.
At Enterprise Manager we can register, connect, open the databases list, database objects, but when trying to display the list of tables, it hags up or report the remote server has close the connection.
Even when we try to run any DTS package from our internal server to this remote one, or execute the Replication to this remote suscriber appears an error saying the remote server does not exist or its connection has been refused.
We have created the rules "ANY -> 1433" and "1433 -> ANY" in the ISA as Microsoft recomended in one of its articles, but the problem persists.
When DO it work?
If we try the same through a modem outside the ISA server, it works fine (low but fine).
