Account Dropped but Public Role still shows account?

Hi All,

I have an account that was dropped from a SQL Server.
Under the Public Role of a database this account is still showing up. It is
causing a problem I think, where I am trying to recreate the same account on
the server.

Can anyone help me get rid of this please.
