Hi Rigoberto
What operating System are you using for the Client and Server?

If you are using Windows XP, do you have Simple File sharing enabled?

| I'm unable to login to a remote sql server 7 from my
| machine. I get the following error: "Login failed for
| user '(null)'.
| Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server
| connection" I'm using windows integrated security. Both
| machines belong to different workgroups. The login I'm
| using has the same password on both machines and it
| belongs to the administrator group. It's not a firewall
| issue since I've been able to login successfully with
| other machines using the configuration mentioned above
| (same account, etc). Clearly there is something wrong with
| my machine. What can be? Please help.
