Newbie -- Bind SQL 7 to 1 Nic Only

Our server has 2 nic cards, internal ip addressing and external ip
addressing. Can Sql Server 7.0 be configured to only listen to the internal
address only? Is this feature available to Sql Server 2K, possibly
upgrading in the near future?
