Upgrading to SQL-Server SP3a

I'm upgrading from SP2a to SP3a from an existing windows 2000 system.
Service Pack 3A has 3 different components to upgrade, Database,
Analysis & MSDE components. How do I verify what already has been
installed & what I need to upgrade?
