     Unless you've got triggers defined that are logging the info then you're
    probably going to be out of luck. If you do happen to have the old transaction
    log file from when the update was made you may be able to get info out of it if
    you save it away somewhere.
     
     You can try old log viewing tools from www.dbsg.com, the dbcc page/log
    commands. The best tranlog tool is www.lumigent.com, but that's probably SQL 7
    minimum.
