security patch MS03-031 will fix the error : Error: 17883,
Severity: 1, State: 0
The Scheduler 0 appears to be hung. SPID 7, ECID 0, UMS
Context 0x045530B8.
I like to know if the security patch MS03-031 also takes
care of the following:

0x1E919260, UMS Context 0x04F5B598
BUG # 103075 (SQLBUG_70)
