Connection Query Analyzer

Good afternoon
I am trying to do a connection SQL through Web (Query
Analyzer) only that I am having problems. The connection
attempt, the software doesn't connect and of the mistake
of: [Microsoft] [OBDC SQL Server Driver] [DBNETLIB]
General network Error. Verify the networking
documentation.
  
In my firewall, I liberated the door TCP 1433, that it is
the door that he uses to do the query, however even so
didn't give right.
  
I need to know somebody knows something on this subject.
