Why use Windows Authentication?

I know that Window Authentication is easier to deal with. We have chosen to
use it. But one of our clients seems to have a policy of requiring SQL
Server Authentication.

I have a memory of seeing an article that explained why Windows was the
better Authentication scheme to use. I think it gave security,
administrative ease and flexiblity as the main reasons.

Could someone point me to an article that I could use to support the
choice?

Thanks
