SQL Enterprise Manager is a MMC application "SQL Server
Enterprise Manager.MSC", usually it is stored
in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\BINN"
folder on windows 2000 server computer.
You will need to install sql server client tools on each
local computer before they can start using it.
Does this help?
