Someone downloads information from my SQL Server

I have seen that a lot of information is being sent from
my computer on some occations lately. To protect myself, I
installed a fire wall (Zone Alarm). Could then see that
SQL Server was the program someone connected to.

I noticed the problem when connected via modem. It did not
occur every time I connected. If I disconnected and
connected with another supplier, it would continue. If I
restarted the machine, it would end.

When looking at the size of one of the databases, I saw
that it was almost 5 Gig instead of 300MB. This was only a
demo-database, so I deleted it. Even after this, the
download continued.

Is there anyone that knows what this could be about? How
do I protect myself in the future from things like this?
(Of course, I have blocked SQL Server through Zone Alarm,
but I would feel more safe if I knew what has happened).
