SQL cumulative patch

W2K SP3, clustered active active SQL 7 SP4

I have always just applied service packs to my clustered
sql servers. I am now forced to apply the MS 03-031. Do
these patches follow the same install procedure like the
sp's where you must uncluster SQL to apply them?

Any links to the install instructions for this patch
would be great. I have not been able to find them.
