Sure thing. That is the file I'm using SQL2000-KB815495-
8.00.0818-ENU.exe I've installed from a copy of that same
file on 11 other servers around here so far. There is
something hosed in the registry or somewhere else on this
particular server. I'm trying to find out what
QualifySQLInstance in the hotfix installer really checks
for. I suspect it is a registry key.
