C2 security and stored procedures

Microsoft's paper on C2 security actions on SQL 2000 include dropping
a long list of stored procedues. If I set up SQL in the manner they
explain (options installed etc.), I don't see many of the stored
procedures they list in the paper's appendix.

Am I supposed to see stored procedures that begin r_iDbm and r_iEqm
for example? If so, where?
