Permissions for scheduled jobs

Hi

I have a few jobs running under the SQL Agent account
name. Some users need to view/execute these jobs. Is
there a way that I can get users to view ands execute a
job when it is owned by the SQL Agent account ? Currently
only those in the Administrators Group can view these
jobs.
