Multi server job - SQL 2K / 7

I was trying to set up Multi server administration between a SQL 2K (Master
server) and SQL 7.0 (Target server).
When trying to enlist , Error message

"Cannot enlist server 'AAAA'. This configuration is not supported"

Any thoughts/ ides ??
