New owner with 'orig' owners permissions.

Try this:
Create a script using EM for the database objects, users,
server logins and object level permissions (just in case -
specify only "Create object" under formatting options).
Open in the Query Analyzer and use 'Replace' to substitude
the user name with the new one you need to set up. Execute
only the commands for creating the login, user and
permissions.
