    Thanks for the update Peter...If I did not have the
    correct sa password (which is blank), I would not be able
    to connect to the SQL server via OSQL...isn't that
    correct? But, I am able to connect and run sql queries...

    I also turned on SQL Authentication following the steps in
    the article: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=319930#6
    and that did not help either...

    Is it remotely possible that the SQL worm HotFix installer
    is failing because there is a "space" in the computer name?
