Patch MS02-071 and MS03-013

I am working with two patches ms02-071 and ms03-013. I
have ms02-071 installed on a machine and then install ms03-
013, ms02-071 is shown as uninstalled. I am using ecora
to scan the systems to see what hotfixes are installed.
has anyone had a similiar issue?
