File Permissions for BCP job

Dave,

You have to make sure that the SQLServerAgent Service is
running under a domain account. Schedule your job (or
change the owner to this account) to run as the same user.

On the other file server, grant this service account
permissions to the file/directory properly.

This should do the job.
